Quick and Healthy Pizza

I’ve been saying that I would share my Pizza recipe for ages now, and although its taken me months to do, I am a girl of my word.

So what will you need?

  • A Wrap Bread
  • Tomato Puree
  • Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Spinach
  • Chilli Peppers
  • An Egg
  • Salt and Pepper

Okay So First you’ll need to put the wrap in to a large frying pan which is slightly oiled. I use one spray of Fry Light. Then preheat your Grill to like 180 Celsius and preheat the stove to a medium to high temperature. Then cover the wrap with tomato puree, I don’t use the puree I make my own marinara sauce, then start to build your pizza. What I’ve put in the ingredient lists are just what I use. When I make my sister a pizza she just has pepperoni with no cheese, how boring is that?!


Once your pizza is looking how you want it to, put the pan with it all in on the stove. This will cook the base off the pizza and make it nice and crispy, just like a thin-crisp pizza. Leave this on the stove for like 2 minutes then put it under the grill. You will then need to leave this under the grill until the cheese is fully melted, this could take up to 5 minutes.

Then wham, bam, thank you mam! You have a freshly made pizza and its not even been 15 minutes.




My Perfect Mojito Recipe

1½ lime,
handful of fresh mint leaves
1½ teaspoons of sweetener
2 shots white rum
Splash soda water, to taste

Separate the lime juice and sugar into 2 large glasses and then put some mint in the palm of your hand and hit the mint with the under thumb part of your other hand. This should look like a heavy clapping motion. Pour in the rum and then add soda water to top up and stir well. Garnish with a mint sprig if that’s how you roll.

Strawberry Daiquiri Recipie

­­What you will need
1 tsp sweetener
2 shots of white rum
3 shots of strawberry puree
1 ½ limes juiced
2 cups with crushed ice
1 large cup
Cocktail stirrer

Then what to do
Pour everything, except your ice filled glasses and stirrer into the large cup and mix together. Pour on top of ice.

Enjoy! These are really refreshing and yummy. I love them.

Strawberry Puree Recipe

A short recipe for today, this is to relate to my upcoming cocktail posts.

A pint glass full of strawberries
sweetener to taste.

Use a food processor and puree the strawberries.
That is all, I recommend using sweetener because its healthier than sugar.

Wow, This is possibly the shortest recipe ever


Strawberry Margarita

Things you will need –

2 glasses of crushed ice
1/2 cup strawberry puree
2 shots of tequila
1 limes, juiced
Shot of Grenadine
Soda water, varied amounts
Cocktail shaker
Shot glasses
Cocktail stirrer
Fellow alcoholic so you can drink with friends

How to do the thing –

Pour tequila in to the cocktail shaker, along with the lime juices, strawberry puree and shake. Once mixed pour in the grenadine and shake once again, then pour on top of the crushed ice which should half fill the glass, fill the remainder of the cup with soda water then stir with a cocktail stirrer.


Ta da! It’s done and it is lovely! This is a refreshing summer drink and it’s my favourite cocktail.
This is my personal perfect summer drink!

Super healthy fried chicken

Okay, here is my first attempt at sharing a recipe – I am a guesstimate kind of girl however I have sat down and worked out measurements. You are welcome…

This is one of my favourite healthy alternatives to fried chicken and I love it!

First you’ll need to know what you will need!                                                    

This recipe serves 4

4 Chicken breasts
250g Cornflakes
2 eggs
25g cayenne pepper
10g paprika
15g dried parsley
5g salt
5g pepper


Firstly cut the breasts in to 4/5 strips and put to one side, now in a bowl mix cornflakes and all the flavourings together then crunch up until the mix takes of a crumby consistency.  In a separate bowl crack the two eggs and whisk.

With your chicken strips dunk them into the eggs then coat them in the cornflake mix, continue doing this until all chicken is used.

Finally cook in a 180 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes and voila – a delicious and healthy meal for the whole family. Serve with a large salad or chips.  I recommend serving with a sauce such as mayonnaise because this dish is very temperamental and can dry out If over cooked.
